Dr. Fuhai Li is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biomedical Informatics, the Ohio State University. Dr. Li received his Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from Peking University in 2008 with research focus on computational biomedical informatics. Dr. Li did his pre-doctoral and postdoctoral training in bioinformatics at Harvard Medical School and Houston Methodist Research Institute. Dr. Li has 10 years of experience in computational biomedical informatics, and published over 50 peer-reviewed journal and conference papers. His research interest is to develop computational approaches and software to integrate personal genomics data with big data of pharmacogenomics and convert the big data into knowledge of precision medicine, drug combination prediction, drug response prediction, as well as uncovering the mechanisms of tumor-stroma interaction in tumor progression.
